It’s been a while…
So I thought I would just update you on why I’m taking so long! I don’t know where to start… I have so many products, I have needed a bit of inspiration to get going. Luckily, I found that inspiration while shopping in Selfridges the other day. As I wandered around the beauty counters, I spotted Charlotte Tilbury – the new(ish) UK brand that is taking the world by storm. Walking away with 3 purchases from there, I remembered that I haven’t been updating you on all these products – so I’m going to start. Again.
It seems apart from beauty products, I’m also prone to procrastination! On that note, if you ever wonder what’s going on when you’re procrastinating and not getting things done – check out this Ted Talk which really motivated me at work:

I have talked about setting up a blog reviewing beauty products for years… Ad nauseum.
My friends describe my dressing table as ‘a shelf in Boots’ and there is absolutely no controlling my spending power in the beauty section of any department store. I love so many beauty brands (Clarins, MAC, Chanel, Lancome, etc etc the list is endless!) and I feel a thrill trying out the latest lotions, potions & make up products!
Where do you find your inspiration for your make up routine or your favourite beauty products & brands? For me, it has usually been down to recommendations. Recommendations at beauty counters, ratings and reviews in the latest issue of Stylist or Marie Claire or Glamour, ideas I’ve picked up from my dear old mum, but most often, it’s recommendations from my trusted (and glamorous, I might add) friends.
So that’s why I am here. To give you my honest reviews of all the beauty products I have. This might take a while, so I hope you enjoy the ride!
